1. General
The Simvestrix platform (hereinafter: the "Platform") is a digital system for capital market analysis, simulation, and a technological interface for submitting trading orders solely at the user’s initiative, through integration with a third-party broker.
Use of the Platform, including account creation, broker connection, data viewing, or execution of trading actions, constitutes full, informed, and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms.
2. Purpose of the Platform
The Platform provides tools for analyzing, displaying, and comparing market data, charts, indicators, computational insights, and simulations, as well as a technical interface for submitting trading orders to an external broker.
None of the information, insights, analyses, charts, or other content provided on the Platform constitute investment advice, financial advice, portfolio management, a recommendation to take any action, or a substitute for professional advice tailored to the user’s personal circumstances.
3. Authorization and Use
- Use of the Platform is personal and non-commercial only.
- Any trading action is executed solely at the user’s initiative, after connecting the user’s account to a third-party broker and providing explicit approval.
- The Platform does not perform automated trading, does not act on behalf of the user, and does not exercise independent discretion regarding trading actions.
- The operators reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or deny access to the Platform in the event of a violation of these Terms or prohibited use.
4. Third-Party Broker and Trade Execution
Trading with real funds is enabled through connection to an external broker account, provided and managed by a third party that is not Simvestrix, via an authentication and authorization mechanism (OAuth or a similar mechanism).
- Simvestrix is not a broker-dealer.
- Simvestrix does not hold user funds, securities, or assets.
- Simvestrix is not responsible for broker account opening, identity verification, regulatory compliance, clearing, execution, or asset custody.
- Responsibility for account activity, funds, and trading rests solely with the user and the broker.
5. Data Collection and Privacy
The Platform may collect basic information such as email address, usage data, and user preferences for the purpose of operating the service, security, and improving user experience.

6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including code, design, algorithms, logos, and content, belong to Simvestrix or the respective rights holders.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, displayed, or otherwise used without prior written consent.
7. Liability and Disclaimer
- The Platform is provided on an "As Is" basis.
- Errors, inaccuracies, delays, or technical malfunctions may occur.
- There is no guarantee of continuous availability or uninterrupted operation.
8. Actual Financial Activity
Any financial activity, securities trading, or use of real funds carried out through connection to a third-party broker is the sole responsibility of the user. Simvestrix shall not be liable for losses, profits, damages, execution errors, delays, or trading outcomes of any kind.
9. Amendments to the Terms
The operators may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts in Tel Aviv–Yafo.
